12 days ago had BMS failure and keeps getting cleared, after varying periods, but msg comes back again. Since then battery has been on 0% and idle and will not charge on timed charge - nothing happens, though batteries sometimes switch off. Tried the usual power off procedure for Controller and Batts and solar, but no change. Both batteries now showing red status lights. Can'd get any meaningful response from GE except that I am 'in the queue' so if anybody has a clue what I can do, I'll be very grateful. Thanks. PeterB
