I am thinking of taking advantage of a Givenergy deal and buy another battery. I will now need a longer charge period overnight ie 12pm to 5am , rather than the 2-5am charge.
Octopus Go sounds good ( an Octopus customer) BUT you must have an EV and Charger.
What Tariff are people on with Dual Batteries??

Not directly relevant, but hopefully helpful to some - I am on IOG. I successfully enrolled with a PHEV (only 10KWh useable battery) and a 3 pin plug charger. They only require control of one device, not both, so granny charger is possible if they can control the car. HTH.
Have you considered old school Economy 7?
+1 for Economy 7. Octopus Go you don't need a charger, you just need an EV, but I have heard that plenty of people have been on Go without any checks that you actually have an EV.
IOG requires Octopus to be able to control the car or the EV charger as to when the car charges, so higher requirements.
I wanted to change to Intelligent Octopus Go (IOG) to charge my 2 x 9.5Kw batteries overnight on the cheap rate but as I did not yet have an EV they would not allow me, even though I was getting an EV in a month. I had to have an EV charger that was compatible with IOG and setup my new EV within a week of changing to IOG.
