My inverter is model - GIV-3HY-11

Installed in June and working perfectly since. It's connected to my LAN by a pair of powerline adapters, which appear to be working as far as I can tell, though I don't have much experience with them. I meant to switch the inverter to connect to my MESH Wi-Fi but never got around to it.

According to my dashboard the inverter was last online on 30th December. There were no power incidents I'm aware of at that time. The inverter and batteries are still working fine, charging up at cheap rate and discharging when the house needs it, then exporting during peak rate (I'm on IOG).

I've accessed the Help and Support tab and run a healthcheck, but it can't run it because it can't access the inverter.

My LAN is absolutely fine in all other respects. Neither my router nor the MESH (which is configured as Access Point) shows any issues.

Is there something I can do to either diagnose or restart the inverter network connection ? I can call out my installer but would rather deal with it myself if possible.

Many thanks in advance.

Can you login to your router and see your inverter. It should be called something like HF-21.
Give it a new name that will make it easy to find in future.
Give it a fixed IP address as that makes it easy for the router to find the inverter and connect in future if there is a power cut etc.
Try downloading the Android inverter monitor app - if you have an android phone. I believe the app talks directly to the inverter locally without needing the internet, though it does need the IP address - which you should fix, see earlier in post

Please ignore and sorry for bothering the group with it.

I got there a few minutes ahead of you Steve, but thanks very much for the prompt. Mesh and router were working fine, but the powerline was connected via a switch and the ethernet cable had become dislodged, I think due to "excessive dusting".

All sorted.
