I have 2 AC3s on D0.535-A0.535 and 2 9.5 batteries on 3020. My installer and I are trying to set up an EMS with this, but having a few issues. Going on the instructions (The link to the docs on the official GE site is broken.. ) We have most stuff setup however:
1 - Changing the inverter meter to CT just doesn't seem to stick. The instructions mention change "Enable Meters" to CT, however when I do that and read the setting back, it reverts back to 2x Meter. Previously the 2 inverters were in a plant config, maybe that is somehow stopping this setting from being applied?
2 - Where do we get the specific firmware from? D0.291-A0.282 is mentioned as the only firmware that supports the EMS, however there seems to be no where to download it, just the most recent AC3 firmware from https://givenergy.co.uk/installer-resources/ (which doesn't mention which version it is!?)
I realise the community forum probably isn't the best place to get answers to these questions but it seems it is now impossible to get any support from GE themselves, emails go unanswered, phone calls are answered by a "AI" answering service that takes a message and then no one phones back, and the support pages mention a WhatsApp link that doesn't exist.
