My AIO is on Firmware version D0.617-A0.617 ... on the Givenergy website it shows the latest version is A620-D620 but I dont see an option to upgrade in my Portal. Any ideas ?

Yep leave well alone and don't upgrade unless you have a solid reason to.
Why do you want to upgrade the firmware?

All AIO firmware above D0.616-A0.616 is still considered by the helpdesk (at least partially) beta and not for general release. Even though release notes are posted.
I had to insist to get 617 as I really needed the grid import limit to work. They explicitly asked me to keep an eye on whether it was working or not and give feedback.
As @M_J says, leave well alone unless you really need a fix / feature, and then still be careful.
