login details not recognised

hi all, mobile app works fine on my iphone but when i downloaded to my ipad and trying to log in with same username and password it says it’s unrecognised

Have you switched to SSO? If so you will need to click on the "SSO Login" before entering your credentials as this is a different authentication system.
