Has anybody got a working app?

I have had my Solar setup since September and have been unable to get a human response from GivEnergy for months in respect of my Export.

I fear I was "sold" a lie with the ease of use etc. I have exported over 130KWh of energy and am yet to see any ££ and am wondering to whom I can actual speak to (human) as whatsapp is never available (since October last year!) with Eon if that helps at all??

Seems two different problems. App works same as always. Eon have always been a pain. Switch to Octopus

Normally you would have an export tariff from a supplier (which is often but does not have to be your electricity supplier) and then services like GivBack are on top of that unless something has changed?
GivBack is (was?) a Demand Flexibility Service (DFS) which for specific time periods requested by the grid operator will offer additional bonus payments on top of your normal export pricing to either export to the grid during a time of stress, or reduce your import from a baseline in that period on non-DFS days.
This means that the vast majority of your export will be paid through EON or another Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) supplier - and you would have to have applied to them for an MPAN, usually providing your MCS certificate (which EON should have given you).
Can you confirm that you have registered for an export tariff with a supplier and that your only query is regarding payment for GivBack events? The wording of the post suggests that you haven't received any payment for export at all.
EON will be completely unable to help you with GivBack as it is nothing to do with them, but should be able to set up an export account for you - at a (temporarily) enhanced price if you used them to install the panels.
If GivBack has changed and now offers payment for all exported energy you should probably still change your export as it should not change more than a couple of weeks to register an MPAN and set up your energy account for export and you are clearly not getting anywhere with GivEnergy (who are believed to have made yet another wave of redundancies and be on the edge of bankruptcy anyway).
