Sorry if this has already been raised, however I noticed recently that the system mode page does not revert back to the current settings if it fails to update. This is despite exiting the page then returning and thus creates a discrepancy between what the app is saying and what the inverter is doing.

In my case my battery was not charging but the charging rate was maxed out according to the app. because I must have missed the fact that my settings were not saved to the inverter.

I simple revert back to the original page or for the app to check the actual inverter settings would help! A workaround is to close and reopen the app. but you would only do that if you were aware of the potential issue.
