Power flows

Hi folks, any one know how to get power flows, diagram shows home and leaf but no battery or any flows.

Is this a system you have inherited moving into a property, or one you have had installed yourself?

Thanks for the copy of user guide, however the suggested link does not work,

The system has been working ok it was installed by Home Smart.

There are just two circles one has 0 W the other has what looks like corn

If the system has been working previously with the same account and login credentials then it seems likely there is either a connectivity issue with the inverter or something has gone offline/tripped.

1. Have you changed your ISP (internet connection) or WiFi recently?
2. Is your EM115 meter on, green backlight on the screen and showing data?
3. Are there any lights on your inverter?
4. Is your router showing that the inverter is connected?
