app login

hi. i have the app working fine on my i phone but when i try to use app on my ipad the login fails, tells me my credentials don’t match GE system. i’m using the same login details as seem to work on my iphone. any clue?

Did you migrate to SSO? You may need to click on the SSO Login button before entering your credentials.
For the avoidance of doubt, the credentials you use for this Community are not the same as the GivEnergy app/portal.
Can you log in to the Portal?

i’ve tried sso also with same result and yes i use a different p/word for this forum.

i can access the portal no problem
