Battery Not Charging

Hi. Anyone got advice on this? Just stopped charging. All those lovely solar kWs now annoyingly going to the grid. Help please

Is Eco mode on? Can you see the battery State of Charge (SOC) and other statistics like temperatures and cell voltage? Have you checked the charge and discharge rates? Are there any lights on the battery/batteries?

That was the beginning of the end for my 2 yr old AIO. I performed a recommended firmware update and although successful made no difference. Installer eventually agreed with GE to replace the AIO in March.... No expectations this will now happen
