I noticed that no power is going to my batteries shows as idle and red light on each battery now my solar invertor is showing idle what can I do to correct this matter, ive followed most of the guidelines as listed but nothing is working now.
what type of inverter and batteries do you have?
In the portal, do you see any errors reported under the notifications tab
You could try powering everything off and on again, if something is stuck, but if that doesn’t fix it, I’d suggest installing the Rubik Cube Android app (on an old android device is fine) to see more detail of what state your batteries are in
