I'm not so sure about the effectiveness of the software and its ability to do sums properly. Over the past month or so the average tariff has been wildly out. Today it is telling me that the average tariff is £18.00 per kWh! mind you, the highest was some £258 per kWh.
Maybe they are not receiving the correct data from Octopus ( I'm still on Agile), but surely such grotesque figures would elicit a red flag.
Given the turmoil generated by the situation we all find ourselves in, such wild discrepancies are not giving me a warm feeling about subscribing to the new system.
I've invested in Rubikcube which seems to give me all the control I need. I will wait and see if it is enough.
If not then I will wait till the hardware fails and then replace it.
