Had an issue for ages where battery will do BMS comms issue and go into idle mode with Battery Voltage Low & BMS error- GIV support never fixed it 100% and had been getting worse over the last few weeks and even with my automated on off button press solution I couldn't charge up to 100%.
So now with no really risk of de-support warranty wise I opened up the gateway and battery of my AIO and replaced the patch cables
So far it seems to have fixed it - but will monitor, thought I'd post if anyone else has same issue going forward - I didnt change the patch cable between gateway and battery just the LAN cables.
Will update if it carries on working or not.
