How often does calibration go wrong?

Last night was the third drop to 0% in three weeks - last night from 19% charge. No reason for the first drop. The second was a SOC reset by GivEnergy and this is the third. Does anyone else experience anything similar on this regular occurrence? I have emailed GivEnergy. What should be my next steps?
