Omg. Just saw all this about givenERGY

I didn't receive any email about becoming paid subscription. I just updated the app and saw all the details on the app have changed?
I previously had octopus intelligent go tariff times for charging the battery from 11:30pm to 5.30am. Will the app still charge the battery during these times? I can't see how to check

Also just read online that givenERGY has gone into administration? Wtf? Other than warranty, how will this affect us?

You have no warranty, no support and will have to pay to use the Portal and also if you want to use the app other than in Offline/Local mode.

Alternatively there are a number of third party tools available.

There are a lot of posts already on these topics so I would ask that you read existing threads and ask any further questions there.
