I have a gen 1 and a gen 2 battery, the gen 2 is as master, but I find that the gen 1 slowly loses charge and discharge sync, meaning if I do a battery calibration, it puts both batteries in sync perfectly, discharge fully and then 100% on both, but then over the coming days and weeks, when the batteries are charging from previous usage, the gen 2 reaches 100% but t the gen 1 doesn't, the difference is usually getting worse by just a few % each time, to a point where the gen 1 is only at 60% when the gen 2 is at a 100%, and as the gen 2 is the master, then charging stops and the overall combined capacity is around 70%.
Both batteries used to be fine, until a firmware update over a year ago caused them to do this, i contacted ge many times but to no avail and no reply, useless, anyone got any suggestions please?
