New GivEnergy App

I’ve signed up for Premium, now each day it says it can’t connect and I have to toggle to ‘sign up using cloud services’ why isn’t this automatic?

It’s all too clunky methinks.

Have you given your dongle a reserved IP address using your router settings. It makes it much easier for the dongle to stay connected.

On the phone app
Try clicking the hamburger (3 bars top left) .
go to connection
go to local connection
go to network scan
when it finds your inverter tick the save box
