how do you stop your battery to discharge to your home?

One way is to use the 'timed discharge' on the app, where you can tell when it can discharge, and by implication when it cannot. Though I think that's not available on some models, such as gen-1 hybrid.

Or set battery discharge rate to 0?

There's a setting with a "pause discharge" option isn't there. I forget what it's called but it also has "pause charge" and "pause both" options. I access these things from Home Assistant but I think they just echo Givenergy settings.
