Battery stopped charging from solar then died

Hi,

Help..Our battery gave up about two months ago and we have been trying to get hold of installer ECH for months now to help as we know about GivEnergy.

So it started with the battery not taking the power from the solar then from that it just died. All fuses checked and power buttons.
Hubby was advised because it had discharged below it safe limit, the bms had locked it out and would need to be charged back up. It may sort it?? But it needs installer access to get into system.
So how do we get this sorted if I’m getting no answers anywhere. I am happy to try anything positive that is going to work.
We are desperate now as we are moving in 3 weeks! ! Help

Ex-warranty, expert, and paid (unfortunately) help, that is.

ECH did nothing to fix my system until I sent them a notice of legal action. Did you pay anything on credit card as you might be able to get help from them Via s75 claim.
