Alarming Spike in import to home from Grid

Saturday 11th July circa 13.00 hours when outside temperature was 30+ degrees and solar panels were producing circa 4kWh and internal consumption was minimal (no fans or other electronic equipment in use), the import from the Grid to the house shown locally and on line jumped to 1.1k for about one hour. Clearly, we did import anything, so what has happened?
Can anyone advise please?

What kit have you got. Do you have a battery
What tariff are you on. Is it an intelligent one?
Have you signed up to Axle or anything?
What does the Remote Control history say in the portal page. Are subscribed to premium

Check the inverter logs - I've been seeing that quite a bit recently where the grid voltage / grid frequency is out of bounds and the inverter goes "nope".

Check the status going to WAITING from NORMAL.
