EPS Islanding mode OFF for gateway, but on for AIO? Off-grid issues.

Goal: Export limit 3.68/kwh. Off-grid whole house backup using AIO batteries during grid failures.

Both these settings are wrong on the gateway!

Using Andrew Miller's app I see different settings for AIO and gateway, for both the export limit (which we can see is clearly not working), and for EPS island mode.

We have setup for whole house backup with auto switchover which is my understanding of what Island mode is).

Andrew Miller's app is super reliable for accurate data, but if anyone knows an alternative way to check config without Givenergy Premium subscription that would be helpful.

Where/how can be change the gateway settings? Our installer is lost without the helpline... is recommissioning the system the only option?

Your gateway settings look the same as mine and my system does what it needs if grid power drops - what is it you are concerned about

Have you confirmed your current settings don't work? If you turn off grid, entire house goes dark, no takeover from the gateway?
