Hello,
I have an EV charger used by a previous user.
I have been unable to add it onto the app/ my system. Does the EV charger need to be removed from the previous user? If so is this still possible?
Every time I have tried to add it to my system on the app, it gets stuck on the add device page when you scan the battery code.
Any advice more than welcome.
