I have AC3 and 9.5 battery (Gen 2) running 205 and 3017 respectively. Software page on portal (without premium) suggests upgrade to 212 and 3022.

Can I assume I can do this without premium access and would anyone reason against such a move with GE support being no longer available?

Thanks in advance.

I am on 3022, done around xmas, but common wisdom seems to be "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", 'cos there is nobody to help you

@cluelesscris The pages that used to host the firmware files is no longer live

The page above that is accessible. But, when you click though on the relevant links you get the page doesn't exist. Looking at other posts here you can see that others have pulled the files when they were available.

As a standard tier customer I too have a pending fw update. But, I haven't clicked the portal link. So, don't know if it will work for us lowly non premium users. Perhaps you could try emailing the premium support email and asking the question.

All the firmware files are backed up on github, the user that has uploaded them I believe is one of the guys that has unshackled the EV charger from givenergy and run it through homeassistant

I have Premium and saw the Update alert. From advice of others who successfully upgraded I eventually bit the bullet. No issues and I now have Inverter Arm 451 and DSP 450. Battery is 3022.

I have a Gen 1 battery and Premium now appears to give me the options to set Buy, Sell, Use schedules with 30 minute slots. With Givenergy and Gen 1 I could only set very limited battery schedule. This seems a positive benefit.
