battery problem

I have 4 red lights on gen 3 5.2 battery tried turning off and on again and force charge but nothing seems to work any ideas

Solid Red indicates a fault state and the battery is in protection mode. Check your system notifications in the portal (if you have access) for any hints leading up to it.
