Folks,
I got a Grid voltage low message a week and a bit back that has not cleared. At the time, the battery was under the control of Octopus for their Charge Pack project (paying me to use my battery to help balance the grid). Since then, the battery has been non functional. I’ve done all the reset options I can think of and switched control back and forth between me and Octopus without effect.
The image below shows the moment when things went south. A charge cycle ended and then mostly nothing. The system no longer registered our background load, but does register heavy power draws, e.g. kettle, oven, etc. Solar generation is still visible, but import/export from/to the grid is missing.
Any idea what has happened and how best to go about rectifying the problem? NB: Octopus have been unable to help.
