I noticed that myenergi water heater app was coming on to early in the day, so I checked he app and the battery was not charging. The Status light was red & battert was at 0% and all solar was going to water heater the nto export. In Northern Ireland we get a crap export rate so not an option.

I did a full reset on the system as per google searches and managed to get the battery online and it charged to 4%.
I tried to force a charge but nothing happened eventhough it said "Settings changed sucessfully"

Any suggestions on how to get the battery to charge or is there someone who can help.

Out NI dealer has gone bust by the looks of things as calls not answere & emails bouncing back.
