Has anyone used the above to diagnose and mend their system? My AIO has thrown a wobbly and has the green light on the front flashing and nothing is being supplied to the house. It did it on Saturday morning after charging overnight so is fully charged. I have been through all the settings many times and can't find anything configured wrongly. I have done the reset to defaults and also shut down the entire system including the gateway but it all came back exactly the same. On the portal the battery is shown as waiting and the gateway as offline but they both connect locally. Run out of ideas and now looking to see if I can get some outside help. I have sent an email to STS but am now wondering if I should have raised a ticket with the above.
