For the second day in a row, the inverter has become disconnected from the network and as result stopped communicating with the app. Both times it required unscrewing from the inverter and resetting. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know what can be done to prevent it?

No. Not seen this before.

Is the WIfi signal ok? If you connect the the local SSID network from the Dongle, do you get internet access?

I have some TP Link Routers that run "Maintenance" at 3AM (or a time of your choosing)
Basically they restart themselves at that time each night which drops everything off for a bit.

Not that kind of thing is it?

I have been installed just a few weeks but my wifi communication was via TPlinks. These keep dropping off and need restarting at least once a day and I can't live with that as comms with the Inverter is needed and I won't always be around to reset the TPlink. Might it be similar with your set-up ? - rather it is your wifi router of relaying device that is dropping off rather than the dongle?

I have now just got an EERO6+ wifi set up and am in the process of setting up and moving over the (dozens) of wi-fi internet connected devices. Does anyone know how to change the the Inverter from the old network to the new one - can't see it discussed anywhere (as yet).??
