Battery Not Discharging

My battery has been at 100% capacity for a couple of days and it is not discharging in the evenings. Any thoughts as to what I can do?

Have you made sure it's in Eco mode on the portal, rather than through the app?

I tried that and nothing happened

Just to let you know that I tried your suggestion and the battery has started discharging. I will keep an eye on it as it did nt work last night!
