Is there anywhere on the site that explains the distinction between 'platinum', 'advanced' and other approved installers? Is it based on resources, experience, capacity? Or is it just an incentive scheme for installers to appear higher up the rankings?
Can you (anyone?) explain the parameters that distinguish one installer from another?
