Battery Not Discharging - Stuck at 85%

I have 2 x 8.2kWh batteries. They have worked almost perfectly since installation 5 months ago. However, although settings haven't been changed, it discharged last night when it should have stayed at the requested %, and went down to 80% this morning, then solar charged it to 85% where it has stayed.

Anyone any ideas what's happened or how to resolve this? All lights on the inverter and battery are green.

You could try restarting the inverter. It is best to do this from the portal, rather than from the App. Select the 'My Inverter/s' tab on the left, and then hit the power symbol (which has the label 'Restart Inverter', if you hover over it. Give it a couple of minutes to restart and to connect the WiFi again, and see what happens.

sixfoot2 Is the battery isolator closed (ie in the up position like your consumer unit isolator)? These do fail from time to time, usually caused by contacts heating either from poor connections or simply from the contact surface eroding.

I reset to the default settings, and that seems to have fixed it.
