Reconnecting to WiFi

The Internet/WiFi went down for about 12 hours yesterday and the inverter just flashes blue, we know there is signal in the area as there is a smart switch that has reconnected. Without the WiFi the dashboard is offline and I can find nothing on the dingle to force a reboot of the dongle.
What am I missing?

Easiest option is to probably unscrew the dongle remove it, then re-insert it.
