Does anyone on here use Torch Browser? I cant view the new Givenergy dashboard using torch browser. It works fine with IE. I think torch is based on chrome however it wont show the new dashboard only the side tool bar.
Any ideas people?
IE, I thought that was dead and buried !
We have tried in Edge, Chrome, Opera, Brave on a PC.
The system is standards compliant so should work in any compliant browser, so I am not sure how to fix this.
I am not familar with Torch, so any community ideas / insight would be welcome
I've never heard of Torch until now. It is based on Chromium so it should work. Their website doesn't seem to let me download a macOS version. I've used Chrome and Edge (also chromium based) with GivEnergy's portals and they work fine.
From doing a bit of digging, I'd avoid Torch to be honest. It apparently bundles adware and toolbars and the like. And it hasn't been updated in over a year so pretty much an open door when it comes to vulnerabilities.

It seems to work fine in Firefox too
