The Grid power dropped out today but my EPS kicked in nicely. I was monitoring home usage on the App (on Android) as I wanted to minimise it in case it was a long outage. I appeared to be using 1.2kW but eventually realised that 0.8 solar input was showing, but of course no solar was actually coming in. That was then added to the 0.4 kW I was actually drawing from the battery (which was about right). The App display was wrong for Solar and wrong for Home. When the Grid came back it corrected itself. Is this a known bug?
Thanks.

App displays wrong data when on EPS
PeterB did you get to the bottom of this? I seem to be getting some weird readings too. Givenergy is showing just below 300w only for solar production (it should be over 1000w right now), which almost matches how much the house is producing.
The battery is not fully either at 95%, so I'd expect it to be charging. It's like the excess solar is not being detected.
Update, it seems to have dropped to 160-170w solar production and now is keeping at that level... the rest is pulling from the battery (load is ranging 300-400w).
Another update... After going through the data it looks like half of my array (it's slipt 50/50 in different directions) shuts off when on EPS....

Depends on Inverter type. Hybrid still has PV capability while in island mode, The AC Coupled does not.
Thanks both,
I have decided that it was just frozen data in the app display. I think if I had used the 'clear data function in Settings/preferences/advanced, that might have helped.
Fortunately I don't have to use EPS too often (at the moment) so I can live with this for now, and I'll come back to this if it becomes a persistent problem in future.
Thanks for your help.
