how do i access the information in my battery? especially now it is wionter i need to assess which day i can do the washing and vacuum!

hellosunshine what information do you want that's not on the portal/app? If you want to get more granular details you'll need to use GivTCP on Home Assistant or something similar

i have a laptop, so how do i find the portal app ? and do i enter the serial number or something on my battery?
