Quite new to all this - batteries finally installed last Friday and all was well until this morning. The battery had charged on solar yesterday but then discharged into the car overnight. I've now changed the timed discharge settings to prevent this happening again but the batteries are showing at 3% this morning and, even though we're generating solar, they will not charge and solar is all going to the grid. Please help. Thanks
All sorted - inverter restart sorted it out.
AndEgg Set the inverter in ECO mode and timed charge to the same as EV charging. Set Charge to % to whatever you want your battery to be at when the timed charge period ends. Don't set timed discharge or export (unless you really want to do this. Leave in ECO mode.
Thanks for replying im. We didn't want to charge the batteries last night as apparently it was going to be sunny today! We have set the inverter to ECO mode so hopefully that will help too.
