No charge or discharge

My system (a.c.3 inverter and 2x 8.2kWh batteries) has been working well over he summer. However when I came to add some charge from the grid, due to lack of sunshine, it would always charge to 100% during the off peak period no matter what the set percentage was requested.
I was advised to reset the system and set up the timers from scratch. Since then the batteries are not discharging when importing from the grid and not charging when there is surplus solar. Eco mode is set, no timers are set, and I have shut down the system and restarted without any change. Givenergy aren't answering the phone and I haven't had a response to my email. I wonder if anyone has any ideas please.

Guzz Sounds like Givenergy need a call from you. Just make sure any automations you have with Octopus are disabled at their end.

Also, check the MCB connection from the AC-coupled to your home consumer unit in case that has tripped, and any other isolators. Check the battery connections as well in case the isolator for that has tripped.
