I notice on the latest iPhone app ujpdate some possibilites for the future - tariff automations and Solar forecast automations, both cutrrently inactive, but "coming soon". EV charger and smart plug integration ready now.

The instantaneous power graph doesn't seem to be updating properly though.

very pleased to see the "income now" addition to the android app. too early to see if it works as no solar production yet.
I wish all the icons could be bigger though, always have to get glasses.

I see Ge have acknowledged issues with the power graph (and battery graphic for me) on the iPhone app and it appears in the known issues listing on the portal.

Android update now means the Battery Graph and Power Graph don't work for me.

DLadd Try going into Settings - Preferences - View Advanced options - Clear Data - Delete All Data.
It just clears your data, but not your account info, etc.
My graphs weren't displaying correctly, but this corrected the problem for me.

Well done godfreym. Being trying to sort the same problem on and off all day. It affects android and iphone devices I have.

Battery graph not showing for me on Android today. Anyone else having this issue?

I tried clearing the data as described above, but no joy.

The other graphs work, just battery not working.

Thanks for this tip.
I cleared my data (it didn't lose any previous data) but it made my graphs work again:-)
Cheers!

Both my android phone and tablet updated to v3.1.20.3137 with different results.

When I go to the settings "gear wheel" I now get "Personalise your power flow" with options for Smart tariff, EV Charger and Smart plug. I can no longer access the "System modes" page, so cannot change charge times/rates whilst away from home.

However, on the tablet the settings button still gives me access to the "system modes", with no sign of the "Personalise your power flow" page.

I just want "system modes" back on my phone.

I too have cleared the data on my phone to get the power graphs to refresh. It has just occured to me that I didn't have to do this on the tablet. Supposedly clearing data shouldn't have affected my settings BUT perhaps this action triggers the changes within the app. Dare I try to clear data on the tablet? Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks

I had the same problem on Android.
Cleared the data as suggested by @godfreym. It seems to have fixed the data.

But the period of the graph is messed up. Previously, the graphs will always load on the last setting, e.g. 3hr for me. Now both graphs are different and don't remember my changes. I think the battery is stuck on 6hr and the power is 1hr...
