App garbage figures

Hi everyone. New user here. Have Solar and batteries and the give energy app is giving meaningless data. I downloaded the myenergi app which gives realistic info although doesn't show pv or battery. Can anyone explain what's happening please? Presently showing zero house consumption and zero grid supply during battery charge from grid with grid supply actually 2.5kw

Edit: the cloud access gives the same erroneous data.

IanKenyon Can you give an example of what you are seeing? A common problem seems to be the CT clamp either in the wrong place or the wrong way round.

Does sound like a CT clamp issue.
