Inverter staying on Idle mode on ECO/Timed charge setting

Hi, I need help please

I have two inverters -
at the time of the installation, (one of them) it required an Engineer from give energy to resolve it.
​This inverter is going to idle mode / waiting all the time. it gets charged on a timed basis with octopus GO, however, it does not discharge on a dynamic mode.​ it will discharge on a timed basis. I have tried to reset etc. looks like need help from someone who know lot more than my little knowledge

I need help to configure it on to dynamic mode to make use of the battery.

Looking forward to hearing from anyone who had this problem with two AC inverters 3KwH and two 9.5 KwH batteries and solved them

bigferret I only have a single inverter - installed in Feb-22 - but my system has just started to do something similar where the battery has depleted overnight and the inverter has gone into Idle mode and has required a restart to make it use the available solar. I had reported this last week and have not had any feedback since, although it has just done it again this morning. You are not alone and I suggest you contact your installer / GivEnergy
