The other day I downloaded some system data for my first week of use. I now want to download data for the last few days, but I can’t find in the portal where I got it from. I know the download is called “Energy Flows Data”

The data has the headings of
Solar to home
Solar to battery
Solar to grid
Grid to home
Grid to battery
Battery to home
Battery to grid

Can anyone help direct me to the source please?

Thanks in anticipation.

idrobbo sounds like it could be a report, on the Portal on the left sidebar near the bottom there will be a reports section, you can choose daily, weekly, monthly or custom.

I think I know the portal pretty well and the report you describe is not familiar, other than the titles can be found on the generated daily/weekly graphical reports pointed to by Cdent.

There are more detailed download csv files that you can get by going to My Inverter and clicking on the Inverter Data icon top right (box with a mesh). These give you loads of data but not the headings above.

If you do find it - let us all know. A detailed view of actual flows might be interesting, although I suspect the data will be calculated from raw data rather than from stored values. By that I mean the portal stores absolute values for Generation, Grid, Load and Battery and calculates the deemed flow from these, assuming the inverter is working as it should.

idrobbo Maximise the Energy Card in the portal - there's a download button at the top right.

Thanks for the replies all, I've now tracked it down.

I am logged in to the Portal on my PC. On the Dashboard I have a box top left labelled Power Flow. If I hover over the top right corner a 4 way arrow appears to maximise the screen, it then appears in the main display. On the top right of that screen is the download arrow which generates (in my case) a daily file containing the data.

I did take a screenshot but unfortunately I cant currently access my postimg account due to server errors or I would post a picture, I will do when I can.
