I've had a notification saying BMS Under Voltage from a couple of days ago. The data shows a rapid drop in SoC from around 15% to 0 and the voltage falling to 45V. The battery then charged to 5% and the voltage went up to about 51V.

This is a 9.5kWh battery installed in September and calibrated at the end of October.

I assume this isn't normal but not sure what I should do about it so would appreciate any advice.

andydsmith have a look at the thread about Firmware 3007 and prepare for disappointment

My battery is on firmware 3008. Does that have the same issue?

andydsmith Please check the thread but I believe all sorts of configurations and firmware versions are affected. It seems to be affecting lots of people contrary to what Givenergy are saying. My install is due very soon but I'm at the point of cancelling.

Of course your issue may be different but please read the thread.

Sadly, yes. I have a battery with 3008 and it suffers from SoC jumps up to 100%, and down to 4%.

I'm glad my car doesn't have this problem.
