AC coupled not storing generation

I've recently completed my first AC coupled install where the customer has an existing PV array (I've done stand-alone AC coupled to just charge off peak and Hybrid previously.) I commisioned the installation on Friday afternoon and have been periodically checking on the app over the weekend to see how the system is performing, we've had quite a sunny say today and the app is showing solar generation for a significant portion of the day and also showing that it is being exported and next to nothing sent to the battery (around 0.1kwh to bat and 1.4kwh to grid export.) Battery is set to eco mode with a timed charge between midnight and the early hours to make use of the off peak rate, have I missed a setting somewhere? I know the CTs are correct as I checked and double checked, they're also showing roughly the right amount of generation and import for the off peak charge.

Check the target SOC (Timed Charge section), Battery operating range and Charge Power (Battery Options).

Check these through the portal not the app and if necessary make changes in the portal rather than the app which seems to be hit and miss).

If you have done any 'playing' with the options, try resetting to defaults, set ECO then set your timed charge period and nothing else.

Target SOC is set to 3KW, charge power 3KW and range is 4% reserve 96% usable, does that sound right to you?
I've reset everything else to default and set Eco mode and the timed charge window.

did you mis type target SOC? that should be a percentage such as 100 not a kilowatt hour value.

HG Once the installation has been commissioned, it needs to complete the battery calibration. Was this initiated and did it complete? if so, has the battery charged off-peak? If so, then not diverting grid export will be something to do with the CT. If it hasn't charged off-peak, then it's something to do with the connection between the inverter and battery. Is there an external isolator in addition to the one on the inverter? Is the battery switched on? Is there continuity from the battery terminal to the inverter terminal on both connections with the battery isolator(s) closed? Does the installation use the new type of connections with crimped ends, or is there a chance that some insulation has been trapped under one of the terminal screws?
