Just completed my first install and everything ok. Customer has asked for his warranty details. Where or how can I
get this to give to him.

Afraid I can't answer your question but as a customer find myself in a similar position -- needing warranty documentation. How did you eventually solve the problem?

Sunshine77 Your inverter and/or battery will be (should be) registered with givenergy. You can see the warranty expiry date on the dashboard on the inverter page. If you cannot, give them a call.

You can only buy the extension in the first 60 days.

The wholesaler, Midsummer, send me the extended warranty documents, as brought through them.
