Create customer account

As an engineer how do I set up end user account. Do I use the "create engineer account and change the drop down to customer and add or is there another page called create customer ? bit confusing

Did you get an answer to this question, as I can only access the Engineer settings and wont let me add a customer account

paelectrics If you cant add a customer, your logged in with company.

From company create an account 1 for each engineer. Then these engineers can create customers under them

Thanks for your reply, it is an engineer account I am trying to use, how do I create a company account, my account was set up by Midsummer wholesale from who I purchased the equipment, do they have the log in as a company ?

MidSummer (Distributer) create the company account. Company create engineer.
Engineer creates customer

GivEnergy - Distributor(s) - Companies - Engineers, Users
Each level has many
Here is the login issued by ITS, in your case Midsummer.
Under Account list, create Engineer, different username for yourself.
Logout, then login with engineer details
