I updated an android phone and android tablet app today. The phone is OK, but the tablet home dashboard does not appear to be scaled correctly (landscape) - the battery icon is overlaying the dynamic flow display on the left, which itself seems too large. Right hand of screen empty. Any ideas?
Gliderman same on iPad when in horizontal mode. Latest update introduced this bug.
Also, the upper settings "cog" is now missing, so I am unable to control the battery from the app. I adjust the amount of E7 daily at this time of year and have had to do it with the cloud on my PC. Anybody else have this issue?
Hamburger | Preferences then enable the option you want. The cog will appear.
Just seen this. I have exactly the same (landscape view) and just posted it separately. Seems really odd to me they released this in this state.
Sadly, this is normal for GivEnergy. I really wish they would crank up the professionalism. If they actually used beta testers most of these schoolboy errors could be prevented, and customers would start to build some confidence and respect in them.
Ncullum I’ve got the same! How do you set battery to charge now?
