Will not accept user name or password?

Is the beta portal down as today it will not let me log in, I can on the original cloud site but not the beta portal? Had problems with the mobile app as well so wonder if there are some issues?

Both were down earlier, but ok now for me?

Are you using android or iOS? I'm on iOS and that is working...

Weird because its all working fine for me - I even logged out and back in again with no issues.
The GivEnergy Live chat is very good and responsive.

Can't log in to either the old portal or the new one. Getting a 500 server error on the new cloud and an Apache resource error on the old one.

Can login to the old portal (although it is telling me the system is in Mode 3 when it should be Mode 1) but I have been unable to access beta since yesterday afternoon. Getting "These credentials do not match our records" when I enter username and password.

Also have the same problem. Old site fine but beta won't recognise credentials.
Tried changing the password via beta signon screen. Got an email on my registered email account and clicked on link which took me to a "change password" screen which appeared to have worked but new password not accepted and password change not reflected on the old site.

We encountered an issue related to the SSL redirect which affected the beta portal. This should be fixed now and we apologise for any inconvenience to your service. Our data collection service will have still been running throughout this entire period.

Have now managed to login to the beta site using original password.
