Question here, the app and portal show the import/export even down to a few watts as the inverter(s) try their best to keep grid neutral..
The IHD can also show loads down to a few watts, so why is it if the app shows an import or export of a few watts, the IHD shows 0?
Think it may be down to accuracy/tolerances in both systems.
Smk82 could be differences in values measured by the two meters (ie accuracy) and timing of when the snapshots are taken. While the inverter does a good job of driving import/export to zero, there will always be a growing difference in the values recorded on the energy supply meter and the Givenergy system.
