Battery 4% to 100% in 5 mins

I'm very new to all this. My system was installed about a month ago and I'm still learning. On the plus everything seems to have been working well. However, with the first sunshine for days I checked the system. As anticipated 4%. Looking again it changed to and still is 100%. Evidence from the logs that this happened in 5 mins. Can anyone help?

It's a log read and you only need to read the first few and the last couple of days or so to catch up where we are.
